Wolong Valley
About 26 miles away from the center of Wuyuan County, embraced by rolling mountains from all sides, Wolong Valley is a natural four season water wonderland with grotesque rocks, emerald ponds, clear streams, and grand waterfalls. The photogenic trail leading up to the top of the valley showcases the area’s diverse flora and fauna, with the sound of waterfall splashing on the bottom rocks and morning mist surrounding the valley, Wolong valley is a mysterious and magical place all year long.
Travel Tip:
- Opening Time: 7:30am-6pm
- Entrance Fee: 60 RMB individual ticket (free admission with combo ticket). More on Ticket Information
- Cable Car: 50 RMB single ticket (not included in the entrance fee)
- Transportation: take buses from Wuyuan county north bus station and get off at Wolong Valley bus station
- Recommend to climb up by foot to enjoy the many waterfalls up close and take the cable car down to save energy
- Other activities: rock climbing
